- Requisition:
Business Analyst - The BA resource would work directly with the Department of Education's (MDE) Office of Educator
- Excellence (OEE) in leading the coordination of business efforts to create Use Cases for the
- modernization of the current Educator Certification system. Duties would include coordinating
- meetings between Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners, creation of business process flows, and
- creation of the actual Use Cases. Actual requirements and User Stories would be created by a separate
Hybrid work schedule:
Candidates will be in the office 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) and work remotely 3 days a
week.

- Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project
