What You'll DoAs our Membership and Partnership Specialist, you'll be the heart of our member support and engagement and partnership development efforts:
Champion Member Success- Serve as the go-to resource for member questions and support needs
- Manage comprehensive membership data and generate insightful reports
- Collaborate with region and Board membership data and analyze membership data for goal development
- Build personal relationships through direct outreach and phone calls
- Guide new member recruitment and retention strategies
- Create compelling communications that showcase membership value
- Identify and cultivate sponsorship opportunities that benefit both partners and members
- Coordinate vendor relationships and vendor show opportunities
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with sponsors to ensure mutual success
- Collaborate to create marketing campaigns that spotlight our valued partners
- Track trends and analyze data to optimize partnership strategies
- Gather partner content to share as outlined in partnership agreements
- Process membership renewals and new member applications
- Serve as the membership liaison to NAESP
- Handle accounts receivable and payable for partnerships and sponsor ships
- Reconcile financial and membership programs with precision
- Support grant administration and compliance reporting
- Monitor regional budgets and expense tracking
- Manage event registrations from start to finish
- Coordinate logistics including accommodations, materials, and catering
- Create professional name badges and welcome packets
- Facilitate smooth on‑site registration and guest services
- Collaborate with room chairs and event volunteers
- Process continuing education credit recommendations
- Create detailed documentation and stamp sheets
- Respond to educator questions about credit requirements
- Ensure compliance with all state continuing education standards
We're Looking For
The Ideal Candidate Has:- Educational Leadership degree
- 3‑5 years of proven experience building relationships and supporting community partnerships
- Strong database management and financial processing skills
- Experience with event coordination and logistics
- Grant administration experience (preferred)
- Nonprofit or association management background (preferred)
- Strong understanding of educational organizations
Skills:
- Exceptional relationship‑building and communication abilities
- Proficiency with creating reports and sorting data
- Advanced Excel and Google skills.
- Customer service excellence with a professional phone manner
- Multi‑project management and organizational skills
- Member recruitment and retention experience
- Collaborative problem‑solving mindset, initiative, and ability to produce high quality work independently
