Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to bring your analytical talent and collaborative spirit to meaningful, high‑impact work for one of our client partners.

This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. The position involves working closely with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Analyze and map current business processes; identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
• Develop and support the implementation of business solutions and process enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and present findings.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide support, guidance, and knowledge sharing to other business analysts and team members.

• Experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

The base range for this contract position is $50.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors.
