Human Resources Intern: Communications Insights & Readership Optimization

Overview

Employee Communications Insights & Readership Intern – Osaic Careers Summer Internship Opportunity in Financial Services and Human Resources. This is a 10‑week, full‑time internship (40 hours per week) based in remote location with possible in‑person meetings in West Michigan. Salary: $20 per hour.

Remote; targeted to students in the West Michigan area with possible periodic in‑person meetings.

• Analyze readership and engagement data across internal communication channels.
• Support communication tests and pilot experiments (e.g., headline, format, or timing tests).
• Create concise insight summaries and visuals for HR and Communications leaders.

• Pursuing or recently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Behavioral Insights, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• Minimum academic standing of sophomore and active enrollment in an accredited university.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Sheets.
• Comfort in remote collaboration and Zoom meeting environments.
• Ability to attend in‑person meetings when required.
• Stable wired Internet connection with at least 50
  
  Mbps download; wireless connectivity supported.
• Personal computer (laptop preferred) with up-to-date OS (Windows 11+ or macOS 14+), at least 4 CPUs, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools is preferred but not required.

Osaic provides virtual desktop interface (VDI) access to all required tools, software, and sites. Candidates must provide their own computer hardware meeting the specifications above.
