Responsibilities

Serve as a centralized operational resource for Envestnet account administration on behalf of Advisors and Financial Service Associates (FSAs). Complete onboarding of new TAMP accounts, including account setup, documentation review, and submission in accordance with firm policies and compliance requirements. Process ongoing account maintenance and modifications as directed by the Advisor, including changes to account features, models, restrictions, and service attributes.

Enter, monitor, and complete service requests within the TAMP and related custodial platforms. Maintain an organized and prioritized task queue to ensure timely, accurate completion of account servicing requests. Execute advisor-directed model changes, portfolio reallocations, and account goal modifications within the TAMP that may result in automated trading activity, while not independently placing, timing, or managing trade instructions. Ensure all account activity, service actions, and notes are documented accurately within the TAMP and related systems.

Partner with Advisors, FSAs, Compliance, and Operations teams to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and address account-related questions. Assist with the development, documentation, and refinement of standardized TAMP workflows and best practices. Support training and onboarding efforts by reinforcing consistent processes and operational standards. Perform other duties as needed to support departmental or firm-wide initiatives.
