Senior Business Development Executive, Workforce & Talent Solutions

360® methodology, and experienced recruiting team to develop new client relationships and drive growth. This is not an account management role. While you'll benefit from existing relationships, marketing support, and a strong reputation in the market, success in this position requires creating new opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and winning new business. You'll Do
- Develop new client relationships across Metro Detroit and surrounding markets
- Identify workforce, talent acquisition, leadership, and HR challenges within client organizations
- Sell Brightwing's portfolio of solutions, including:
- Contingent Staffing
- Direct Hire Recruiting
- Retained Executive Search
- Flex Recruit®
- Flex HR®
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through close
- Partner with Brightwing's recruiting team to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction
- Expand existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for growth
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships
- Experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, SaaS, HR technology, or other consultative sales environments
- Strong discovery, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Motivated by solving client problems and creating business impact
