We are seeking an experienced Strategic Accounts BD Leader driven to lead and grow our strategic partnerships with key global customers in North America, including semiconductor, hardware, or high‑tech and other industry leaders. The Leader will be identifying business opportunities and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth by aligning customer needs with company solutions.
• Develop account strategies, business plans, and sales forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies to provide insights and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements in line with company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the semiconductor, hardware, or high‑tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing and growing strategic/global accounts in North America.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, with strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
