What You Will DoJob Summary:
Delve into company data, analyze financials, assess pricing frameworks, benchmark sales achievements against targets, identify actionable opportunities to enhance performance, drive business growth through data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and collaborate with sales managers to craft accurate sales forecasts and align client delivery timelines.
- Maintain the Company’s master sales dataset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability, and promptly identify and rectify any inconsistencies or discrepancies in sales data.
- Generate insightful and actionable reports to drive performance improvements.
- Systematically gather sales data from internal and external sources; utilize creative charts, graphs, and tables to visually articulate sales trends and performance to stakeholders.
- Translate intricate sales data into actionable insights and understandable narratives for various audiences, discerning patterns, trends, and potential areas of concern.
- Creates and presents clear and concise reports to department heads, management, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to sales strategy, offering data-driven recommendations to influence sales strategies and initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to define business objectives and develop corresponding sales tactics.
- Continually seek out and implement advanced techniques for data gathering and analysis, ensuring the Company remains at the forefront of sales data analytics, and design, update, and optimize procedural manuals for all departments to deliver a streamlined and consistent approach to sales data management.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, or other related field and 3+ years of work experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of:
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
Skilled in:
- Data analysis tools and software
