Contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence - Growth Opportunities:
Build and enhance systems,processes and supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts,pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements
- Lead sourcing efforts, including RFPs/RFQs and vendor selection
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance,quality and reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery, inventorylevelsand asset utilization
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintainaccuraterecords ofpurchasingactivity,inventory and supplier performance
- Resolve vendor issues, defectivegoodsand service concerns
- Drive cost savings initiatives and improve vendor pricing agreements
- Enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays

- Minimum 4 years of purchasing,procure mentor inventory experience
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business,Operationsor related field
- Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills
- Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives
- Fleet or asset management software experience (preferred)
Monday – Friday
Typical hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.(additionalhours as needed)
Occasional travel to company locations required
