What You’ll Do
  • Negotiate contracts,pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements
  • Lead sourcing efforts, including RFPs/RFQs and vendor selection
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance,quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery, inventorylevelsand asset utilization
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintainaccuraterecords ofpurchasingactivity,inventory and supplier performance
  • Resolve vendor issues, defectivegoodsand service concerns
  • Drive cost savings initiatives and improve vendor pricing agreements
  • Enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of purchasing,procure mentor inventory experience
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business,Operationsor related field
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills
  • Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives
  • Fleet or asset management software experience (preferred)
Work Schedule

Monday – Friday
Typical hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.(additionalhours as needed)
Occasional travel to company locations required
