Build and enhance systems, processes and supplier relationships
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
- Lead sourcing efforts, including RFPs/RFQs and vendor selection
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance, quality and reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery, inventory levels and asset utilization
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Oversee the accuracy of purchasing activity, inventory and supplier performance - Resolve vendor issues, defective goods and service concerns
- Drive cost savings initiatives and improve vendor pricing agreements
- Enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays

- Minimum 4 years of purchasing, procurement or inventory experience
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or related field
- Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills
- Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives
- Fleet or asset management software experience (preferred)
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
Typical hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (additional hours as needed)
Occasional travel to company locations required
