Interview Process:
Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate. Interviews will be scheduled ASAP and selected resource will start as soon as onboarding is complete.
Position Overview:
This position functions as a Business Analyst within a team of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence professionals supporting the Eligibility area of the client. This position works with key customer representatives to understand and document business needs for data, developing these needs into business and functional requirements, and ensuring that the requirements can be fully traceable through to technical design and requirements and to appropriate test cases and scenarios to ensure the requirements have been met and all appropriate data quality has been ensured.
Occasionally, this position will be required to coordinate and lead various efforts of a team of professionals to deliver the solution defined by the requirements. Activities of the position include requirements elicitation; documenting requirements; documenting requirements traceability through to test cases and scenarios; coordinating work efforts; and taking the initiative to start, manage, and successfully complete work tasks.
