We are seeking senior consulting professionals to assess and redesign a county government's enterprise governance and operating model. The engagement focuses on organizational effectiveness, governance, business process standardization, and executive decision making, with Workday serving as the enabling platform.
Role OverviewLead an executive assessment to redesign a large county government's enterprise governance and operating model using Workday as the enabling platform.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the executive advisor to County leadership.
- Lead executive interviews, workshops, and Steering Committee facilitation.
- Assess governance, decision rights, organizational ownership, and operating model maturity.
- Develop the future-state governance model, operating model, and transformation roadmap.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- 15+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Executive advisory experience with CFOs, CIOs, COOs, or equivalent.
- Operating model and governance redesign experience.
- Experience with ERP-enabled business transformation.
