Senior Business Analyst Lansing, MI; Hybrid

Job Summary:

Seeking for a Senior Business Analyst focused on behavioral health customer relationship management (BH CRM). You will support the development, implementation, and improvement of strategic initiatives and business processes within the BH CRM. Collaborate with project teams, business owners, and IT to operationalize processes and create training materials.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and prioritize business and user needs.
• Manage user requests and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM communications and draft updates for users.
• Develop solutions, risk assessments, and financial analyses.
• Create detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions.
• Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications.
• Assist with RFP development and end-user reporting tools.
• Collaborate with IT on reporting and data warehousing requirements.
• Document and transfer knowledge to the Enterprise Reporting Team.
• Attend BH CRM meetings and assist QA/Testing team as needed.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce-based applications.
• QA/Testing experience.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Local, State, or Federal government.
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and contact center suites like Nice CXone.
• Experience in business process reengineering and technology application.
• Familiarity with industry standard technologies and business process mapping.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
