The Field Operations Lead supports the Location Manager by coordinating and executing day-to-day field activities. This role ensures operational tasks are completed efficiently, assists with team coordination, and maintains compliance with company standards. It is a hands‑on position focused on execution and supporting frontline staff.

• Operational Support:
  Assist the Location Manager in implementing daily work plans and schedules and coordinate field activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Team Coordination:
  Act as a point of contact for field staff, providing guidance and resolving minor issues and support onboarding and training of new team members as directed by the Location Manager.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during field operations and report hazards, incidents, and compliance concerns promptly.
• Inventory & Equipment:
  Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies for field operations and assist with inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to the Location Manager.
• Reporting & Communication:
  Provide daily updates on task progress, challenges, and resource needs and communicate effectively with the Location Manager and other team members.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or agricultural operations.
• Experience with inventory control, dispatching, product ordering, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
• Proficiency with computer systems;
  AgVance experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Agriculture industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Leadership without authority, ability to guide and influence peers in the field
• Strong knowledge of crop production, agronomic practices, and fertilize products
