Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Crew Member to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Lansing, MI. The Crew Member will be responsible for performing construction tasks, following established safety protocols, operating tools and machinery, and contributing to the successful completion of construction projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to ensure project deadlines are met and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, and flooring
• Knowledge of operating power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
