Construction Project Manager

Lead meaningful construction projects with a well-established general contractor that values autonomy, long‑term relationships, and doing the work the right way.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

• Manage multiple construction projects from kickoff through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• Stable project pipeline with a strong local client base
• Real ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Collaborative environment between PMs, Superintendents, and leadership

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Background in commercial construction (ground‑up and/or complex renovations)
• Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Local or commutable to the Brighton, MI area
