We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preconstruction Planner / Senior Estimator operating in our Central Michigan market, to play a crucial role in the early stages of our project success.

Clark's Pre Con Services group is reinventing how Preconstruction is done, through our progressive vision, our values and our embrace of innovation, we continue to enrich our customers construction experience. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the preconstruction process on multiple projects throughout multiple commercial market sectors. You will be accountable for developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, collaborating with project teams to face challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
