I opened my agency in 2008 after building a 35-year career with State Farm, beginning in 1990. Today, our team includes eight talented team members who help us maintain a strong reputation for customer service and community commitment. I attended MSU, and I’m married with two kids; when I’m not in the office, I love to travel and explore new places with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Blumer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
