Role DescriptionAs an Account Representative for Joe Fagan – State Farm Agent, you are vital to daily business operations and customer success. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve customers’ lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career while bettering your community. Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
