Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

No weekends required

Position Overview

The Member Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional branch experience. This position is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and friendly service to members, assisting with routine transactions, and educating members on credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process member transactions using the CBX system
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-focused support to member inquiries
  • Educate members on products and services, including loans, business accounts, and fiduciary accounts
  • Handle cash transactions, maintain a balanced drawer, and ensure accuracy throughout the day
  • Process services such as credit card advances, money orders, and cashier’s checks
  • Partner with internal teams to research and resolve member concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide support at nearby branch locations as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (in-person experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
  • Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
