Member Advisor – Part Time

Location: 165 West Michigan Avenue, Jackson, MI

Pay: Starting at $17.00 (or more depending on experience)

Schedule:
  • 29 hours/Week
    • Monday – Friday shifts (starting as early as 7:00 am and ending around 6:00 pm).
    • Mandatory 2-3 Saturdays per month (8:30 am – 2:30 pm).
Orientation & Training:
  • Orientation: 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).
  • Training: 5 weeks of hands‑on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success.

Your Role:
  • Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
  • Assist members with loan applications.
  • Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Share products and services that make life better for our members.
  • Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1 year of similar experience preferred.
