Office Staff - Customer Focus

Lakeshore Products is a small, family run business that has been around since 1982. We pride ourselves on taking care of our people, and have very little employee turnover because of it. As a small, (normally) relaxed, office team, there is a lot of opportunity for both diversity in job responsibilities and growth in new directions.

We are looking to hire a new member of our office staff that will be primarily focused on providing stellar customer service for both Lakeshore Products and our sister company, Alumi Ramp. Lakeshore Products manufactures and sells docks and boat lifts to marine dealers, and Alumi Ramp manufactures and sells wheelchair access ramps to both the residential and commercial markets. We only sell directly to dealers and distributors, but also support the customer service needs of end users where necessary.

Initial job responsibilities include:

• Customer Service for both businesses
• Responding to email
• Managing tickets through Odoo helpdesk
• Creating quotes for customers

Bonus points for any of the following skills or interests, which are all areas where your existing skills will be valuable, or growth opportunities exist:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Manufacturing Production Planning
• Graphic and website design
• We currently use Affinity for our catalogs and instructions books.
• We currently use  for our website, but will be transitioning to  Website Builder.
• Computers and networks
• We currently run a Windows network but are transitioning to Ubuntu Linux.
• We currently run DBA/Evo ERP internally, but are transitioning to  online.
• CAD (Computer Aided Drafting)
• We are currently building out all of our products in
• Initial focus would be on developing drawings for customer quotes.

Pay range is $48-59k for an annual starting salary, dependent on experience. We also offer pretty decent benefits like:
