Commercial Service Center Representative

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks a Commercial Service Center Representative to support members and policyholders in Michigan's agricultural community. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries, process policy and membership service requests, resolve billing and coverage questions, and route sales opportunities to agents. You'll use CRM and insurance systems to research accounts, document interactions, and ensure accurate, timely service.

Working in a collaborative, mission-driven team, you'll help strengthen rural communities while developing professionally in insurance, customer service, and member relations.
