Established, referral-based periodontal practice in East Lansing, MI seeking a Periodontist Associate with a defined pathway to partnership/ownership
. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician seeking long-term growth, autonomy, and equity in a high-quality specialty practice.
- Well-established periodontal specialty practice with strong referral base
- Consistent patient demand and full schedule available
- Modern facility with experienced clinical and administrative team
- Focus on comprehensive periodontal care, implant dentistry, AOX and regenerative procedures
- Associate periodontist with partnership track
- Full-time preferred (part-time during transition considered)
- Compensation: to be discussed in private
- Clinical autonomy; mentorship available if desired
- DDS/DMD
- Completion of an ADA-accredited Periodontology residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible preferred
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan
- Interest in long-term ownership
