Position: Dental Assistant (FT)

Oakhill Dental Associates is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full‑Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients and perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us is cross‑trained to help in every department.

Schedule

Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Our Dedicated Team Includes

One Full‑Time Dentist and one Part‑Time Dentist (experienced)
One Full‑Time Front Desk Coordinator
Two Full‑Time Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)

Requirements

X‑Ray certification in the state of Michigan preferred
Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Knowledge of sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency – charting and scheduling
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity‑focused work ethic
Team‑player attitude
Ability to multi‑task
Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
