Dental Assistant (Full‑Time)

A skilled and compassionate Full‑Time Dental Assistant (DA) is needed to work closely with our dentists and team members to provide exceptional dental care and perform light administrative duties. Join a small, cross‑trained team that values positive attitude and love for dentistry.
Schedule- Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- One FT Dentist and one PT Dentist (experienced)
- One FT Front Desk Coordinator
- Two FT Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)
- One FT Dental Assistant
- Michigan X‑Ray certification preferred
- Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations - CPR certification
- Computer efficiency—charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
- Integrity‑focused work ethic
- Team‑player attitude
- Ability to multi‑task
- Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
