Dental Laboratory Technician | Full & Partial Denture Technician Join Our Growing Dental Laboratory Team

Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician with a passion for creating high-quality removable prosthetics? We're seeking a skilled Denture Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish in a fast-paced, patient-focused dental laboratory.

If you have experience with denture fabrication, tooth setting, waxing, processing, finishing, relines, and repairs , we'd love to hear from you.

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Set denture teeth to ensure proper fit, function, and aesthetics.
• Perform waxing, processing, finishing, polishing, and quality inspections.
• Bend wire for removable partial dentures.
• Complete denture relines and repairs.
• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
• Assist as the Associate Laboratory Manager during scheduled absences.
• Cross-train in all laboratory departments to support workflow and production.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized laboratory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Day shift during regular laboratory business hours

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish

• Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to producing high-quality dental prosthetics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards or willingness to learn.

• Same-day denture fabrication experience.
• Experience in a high-volume dental laboratory.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and artistic ability.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Dependable, organized, and motivated to learn new laboratory techniques.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and patient care.
