Position: Pediatric Dentist [Lansing, MI]

Pediatric Dentist

A well-established, progressive pediatric dental practice in the Lansing area is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join a respected, board-certified Pediatric Dentist and a highly skilled clinical team. The practice is known for its strong referral base, integrative approach to pediatric care, and commitment to airway-focused dentistry and early intervention orthodontics. With robust patient demand, advanced clinical offerings, and a supportive environment, this position provides an excellent long-term career path with a true 4-day workweek and strong work life balance.

Full-time, Monday through Thursday schedule supporting healthy work life balance

$1,500 daily guarantee or 35–40% of net collections, whichever is higher

$350K to $400K+ earning potential in 1st year

$10,000 Sign-On, Relocation, and CE Bonus

PPO, FFS and Delta Dental Premier

Established referral relationships with general dentists, medical providers, and existing families

Mentorship available for new graduates and partnership opportunity for experienced clinicians

In-office IV sedation, hospital dentistry, laser frenectomies, aesthetic Zirconia crowns, and full-scope pediatric services

Located near top-ranked school districts and Michigan State University

Deliver full-scope pediatric care including exams, restorative treatment, zirconia and stainless-steel crowns, frenectomies, and sedation dentistry

Work collaboratively with a board-certified Pediatric Dentist and experienced clinical team

Participate in an integrative model including airway evaluation and early orthodontic intervention

Provide patient-centered communication and effective behavior management

Support a strong hygiene program and contribute to overall clinical quality

Active Michigan dental license

Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry program

Open to new graduates; 1+ year of pediatric dentistry experience preferred

Commitment to high-quality pediatric and family-focused care
