Dental Technician Wanted - Part-Time or Full-Time - 3 - 5 Day Work Week

This role offers the opportunity to take part in our mission-driven environment, serving the poor and underserved by providing much-needed oral care, while also welcoming patients with all insurance types. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dental technician who values high-quality care, flexibility, and meaningful work that truly makes a difference.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to a positive, efficient, and professional office environment. The right candidate should value teamwork and open communication, be punctual and reliable, and show initiative. Someone who has empathy for the diverse populations that we serve is highly valued as well.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous dental experience is required
  • CPR/BLS Certified
  • Strong personal values and a good work ethic are required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water and dental equipment testing and documentation
  • Sterilization and proper instrument processing
  • Take radiographs and maintain proper radiographic techniques
  • Utilize digital dental technology and intraoral scanners
  • Knowledge of dental products and supplies
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
  • Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
  • Aid providers in maintaining accurate and organized clinical documentation
