Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time or Full-Time) – West Lansing

Our established private family dental practice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic team. For more than 40 years, we have proudly served the West Lansing community by providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, family‑oriented environment.

We believe in quality over quantity. Our hygienists enjoy 60‑minute adult hygiene appointments, allowing ample time to build relationships with patients, provide thorough care, and work without the pressure of a fast‑paced corporate schedule.

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Position available for 3–4 days per week (Monday–Thursday).

Required:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene

Preferred (not required):

• 5+ years of hygiene experience
• Experience with Dentrix practice management software
• Experience with Dexis digital radiographs and intraoral cameras
• Familiarity with Bola AI charting

• Friendly, professional, and patient‑focused personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• Dependable team player who enjoys collaborating with others

• $37.00+ per hour, based on experience
• Expected hours: 8–24 hours per week
• Part or full-time opportunities available
