Product Designer

Overview

We're seeking a creative Designer to help shape innovative products and packaging experiences from concept to completion. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to develop visually compelling, customer-focused solutions that support both product strategy and brand growth.

• Conduct market, consumer, and trend research to support product and packaging direction
• Turn concepts and business needs into functional, visually engaging product solutions
• Create sketches, concept renderings, mockups, and production-ready 3D models
• Develop packaging and product ideas that align with customer needs and market opportunities
• Build CAD models and assist with prototype development and tooling updates
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine concepts and move projects through development
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas
• Prepare presentation materials for internal reviews and customer-facing meetings
• Produce physical prototypes and 3D printed models for evaluation and testing
• Track project updates and maintain organized design documentation
• Travel domestically as needed (up to 15%)

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline
• Experience contributing to product design and development initiatives
• Experience with CAD platforms such as Solid Works
• Hands-on experience with prototyping methods such as 3D printing, fabrication, or CNC processes
• Strong understanding of user-focused design principles and trend analysis
• Ability to communicate ideas visually through sketching and concept development
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Exposure to NX or similar modeling software
