Studio Intrigue Architects is a leading, generalist architectural firm located in REO Town, Lansing, in the heart of mid-Michigan. The Studio offers full design services consisting of planning, architecture and interior design. With over 20 years of experience, the firm has gained both local and national exposure through award-winning designs in categories such as design, historic preservation, and entrepreneurship.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Lansing, MI. The position is responsible for client relations, team organization and leading a production team through the design and construction document phases. You will meet with clients and collaborate with all team members to ensure an integrated set of deliverables is produced and you will be exposed to our fast-paced delivery of services.
You will coordinate architectural drawings with consultant's civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related professional experience
- Architectural Registration in the United States desired, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience designing light structural loads, understanding mechanical and electrical system design preferred
