Plastic Surgery Locums Job in Michigan 24-Hour Call Beginning ASAP December 31 Assignment Shift Description 24-hour trauma call coverage (7:00 AM 7:00 AM) Approximately 19 days per month Call ratio negotiable Estimated credentialing timeframe: ASAP Requirements Board certified in Plastic Surgery (boarded within 5 years of training) Active Michigan license ACLS BLS Highly Preferred Required Procedures/Skills Hand-related procedures Traumatic hand reconstruction General plastic surgery procedures including facial laceration repair, scar revisions, skin grafts, and flaps Minor burn care Assignment Details Practice Setting: 24-hour Trauma Call (ACS Verified Level One Trauma Center) Patient demographics:
Ages 15+ (adolescent through geriatric) Case volume:
Average 1 surgical case per month; summer months approximately 3 per month Annual ER volume: 90,000 Clinic responsibilities:
In-person response for required procedures Supported through Trauma Clinic:
