About the Position
Locum - Physician - OB/GYN Lansing, MI

Required Skills:
Valid medical license to practice OB/GYN in Michigan
Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Competency with electronic medical records (EHR), specifically Cerner system
Ability to work independently during 24-hour in-house call shifts
Nice to Have
Skills:
Previous experience covering hospital in-house call shifts
Familiarity with trauma or high-acuity obstetric care
Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
Participation in ongoing medical education or professional development
Preferred
Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Active Michigan medical license in good standing
Prior experience working in hospital or clinical settings with a full support staff
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on 03/26/2026, covering multiple 24-hour in-house call shifts
Ability to clock in/out using Doc Time, with adherence to site-specific policies
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to hospital protocols
Professional liability insurance coverage (malpractice rates included in pay rate)
Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable, in compliance with company policies
