Neonatology Physician – Locum Tenens
This facility is seeking a Neonatology Physician for locum tenens support to fill a current need. Start date is ASAP. Pay rate is $291.00–$315.00.
Schedule- July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2027
- Approximately 9 weeks of day coverage and 9 weeks of night coverage in 7 to 14‑day blocks
- Level Three neonatal intensive care unit and special care nursery
- Neonatal intensive care
- High‑risk deliveries
- Cesarean sections
- Ventilation management
- Neonatal resuscitation
- Chest tubes
- Central lines
- Arterial lines
- Pulmonary artery catheter placement
- Umbilical venous catheterization
- Umbilical artery catheterization
- Peripherally inserted central catheter placement
- Timeframe:
Approximately 120 days or more
- Epic
- Board Certification in Neonatology
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (advanced provider or instructor status)
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support (preferred)
- Active Michigan medical license
- Medical or dental malpractice insurance provided by AMN Healthcare
