Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Oakland County located on the southeast side of Michigan. • Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
• Location:Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care Oakland
• Specialty: Primary Care
• Teaching Opportunities: MSU community medical students and AIM residents

Requirements

• APPs:
  Board certified in specialty prior to employment.
• Experience:
  
  2-3 years of experience in Primary Care preferred.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

• A typical day may include:
• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
