Signify Health in the United States is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, traveling to members' homes and bridging gaps in care. This part-time role uses an iPad workflow and does not require prescribing or altering current regimens.
Active, unrestricted MD/DO licenses are required with multi-state licenses preferred; travel is local and within licensed states. Hours are approximately 12 per week with a base hourly rate of $105.
