Specialty Eye Institute (SEI), a premier partner of Midwest Vision Partners, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Surgical Retina Specialist to join its growing team in Lansing, Michigan. This is a high-demand, 100% retina opportunity with immediate patient volume due to succession planning and strong regional need.
Position Highlights- 100% Surgical Retina practice
- Established referral base across a large, multi-specialty network
- Immediate volume - backfill for retiring/deceased physician
- 4-6 surgical cases per week + ~55 patients per day
- Dedicated surgery day:
- Monday
- Surgery - Tuesday-Friday
- Clinic
- Monday
- Outpatient-only practice; no hospital call
- Call is light (5-6 weeks/year) and limited to established patients only
- $600,000 (new grads) - $700,000 (experienced) guaranteed Year 1
- Transition to 40% net collections model in Year 2
- $50,000-$150,000 sign-on bonus
- Equity Day 1 (50% of signing bonus applied toward ownership)
- $4,000 CME + 5 days
- 20 days PTO
