Yes Credentialing Timeline: 90 days (fast track available) REQUIRED PROCEDURES Angioplasty Stent placement Embolization Needle biopsy Thrombolysis UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization) Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases JOB REQUIREMENTS Board:
Board Certified in Interventional Radiology Licenses:
Active Michigan Medical License (IMLC not accepted)

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS Other

Qualifications:

Clean malpractice and license history; NPDB self-query required;
Local provider preferred; travel providers considered if able to cover 2+ weeks per month

Duties & Responsibilities Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE. Provide hospital-based IR consultations and follow-up care. Participate in Q3 call rotation covering weekdays and weekends. Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
