• Monday – Friday schedule, 7 am – 3:30 pm, with 1 – 2 call nights per month
• Competitive compensation with cardiac anesthesia stipend
• Cardiac anesthesiologists perform their own cardiac cases
• 50% cardiac anesthesia and 50% general anesthesia case mix
• Flexible vacation with 8 – 10 weeks typical and up to 12 weeks available
