• Location: McLaren Bay Region, 1900 Columbus Avenue, Bay City, MI 48708
• Start Date: [Flexible / upon agreement]
• Duration: Permanent / ongoing
• Shift: Flexible, primarily outpatient & hospital coverage, call 1:3
• Hours/week: 40 hours (generally)
• Employment Type: Employed
• License/Certs: MI medical license, DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Experience: Prior endoscopy experience preferred; ERCP/EUS specialization required

• Perform ambulatory endoscopy procedures, including ERCP and EUS
• Manage inpatient and outpatient GI cases at a leading hospital in Bay City
• Collaborate with hospitalists and colorectal surgeons to provide comprehensive care
• Support and grow a new gastroenterology practice in the region
• Participate in call coverage (1:3 rotation) with shared hospital support
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management

Required:

• Michigan medical license + DEA license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Experience with endoscopy, ERCP, and EUS procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior inpatient and outpatient GI care experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
