• On Call (2-4 Hours Gratis): $4,675 per 24 Hours
• Call Back: $470/hour

• 24/7 Call Coverage as Needed

• Adult and Geriatric Patients
• Approximately 1-2 Cases Per Day
• Annual Emergency Department Volume: Approximately 61,645
• 1 Bi-Plane Procedure Room
• 1 Single-Plane Procedure Room

• Provide Neurointerventional Call Coverage
• Evaluate and Manage Patients Requiring Neurointerventional Care
• Perform Neurointerventional Procedures
• Provide Emergency Neurointerventional Services as Needed

• Carotid Stenting
• Endovascular Coiling
• Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR)
• Additional Neurointerventional Procedures as Required by the Practice

• 5 Interventional Radiology Physicians in Practice
• Registered Nurse Support
• Radiology Technician Support
• Stryker Neuro Coils Available
• Stryker and Medtronic Flow-Diverters Available
• Abbott and Cordis Carotid Stents Available
• Level II Trauma Center
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified in Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, or Neurology
  - Required
• Neurointerventional Radiology Fellowship
  - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Neurointerventional Radiology / Neurointerventional Surgery

• Active Michigan Medical License
  - Required
• DEA Registration

• BLS
  - Required or Must Be Willing to Obtain
• ACLS

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days Once Credentialing Application Is Submitted
