The Regional Admissions Advisor – Jackson Campus serves as Baker College's primary local representative for Jackson County, the western Michigan corridor, and select areas of Northwestern Ohio and Northeastern Indiana. As a key member of the Admissions and Recruitment team, this role supports system‑wide enrollment while focusing on the growth and long‑term vitality of the Jackson campus.

• Conduct outreach to high schools, CTE centers, community colleges, adult education programs, employers, and community organizations.
• Host campus events and provide tours for prospective students and families.
• Advising prospective students and families, guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Support engagement with the local workforce and community needs.
• Monitor regional trends and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with Admissions colleagues to develop enrollment strategies that advance Baker College’s mission.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• One to three years of experience in higher education admissions, recruiting, community relations, or workforce engagement.
• Familiarity with Jackson County, Southwestern Michigan, and the surrounding tri‑state region preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
