Ridgewood Elementary is seeking a kindergarten teacher for the school year.

Qualification Requirements

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or Educator License with Stipulations (ELS) endorsed for early childhood education or elementary education with a kindergarten grade span.

Skilled at teaching in a team atmosphere; will have responsibilities within the building as part of a Professional Learning Community.

Adapts to building standards and maintains high academic and behavioral standards for all students.

Proficient computer skills and use of educational technology such as Smartboards, iPads, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students and families, ensuring each child reaches full potential.

Salary – Placement on the EMEA Certified Staff Salary Schedule.
