• Strong in four core academic areas
• Must have experience working with school-aged children
• Discrete with communication and maintains confidentiality
• Ability to utilize technology and Google applications
• Capable of following directives of professional staff
• Dependable, punctual, with a positive work history
• High School diploma required, Associate degree preferred
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Training Required (training provided by the district)

• Assist students with daily tasks, under direct teacher supervision with implementation of students’ IEPs
• Assist students with toileting and health needs
• Student intervention support in four core academic areas
• Attendance is an essential function for this position
• Maintain student behavior through appropriate intervention and techniques
• All other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Special Education or Building Administrator

33 hours/week, 176 student days
