Job Summary

Delta Center Elementary is seeking two dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a 4th Grade Teacher. Responsibilities

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and a sense of community among students.

* Assess student progress through a variety of methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents.

* Utilize technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.

* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the academic and social success of each student.

* Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing positive discipline strategies.

* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and trends.

* Communicate regularly with parents through newsletters, meetings, and conferences to keep them informed of their child's progress and school activities.

* Support and implement school-wide initiatives and programs that enhance the educational experience for all students.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.

* Valid teaching certification for elementary education.

* Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably at the elementary level.

* Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

* Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
