Preferred Qualifications- Possess or be eligible for a valid Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate.
- Ability to be flexible and organized with a willingness to teach two grade levels.
- Collaborative and able to communicate and work effectively with students, staff, parents, administration, and community.
- Be faith filled and committed to helping students grow spiritually, academically, creatively, and physically.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
- Ability to motivate students to achieve high academic standards.
