Second Grade Teacher

Overview

Everest Collegiate High School & Academy is seeking qualified candidates for a second grade teaching position. Applicants should be highly capable of providing student instruction and managing the classroom environment.

• Provide instruction to second grade students and effectively manage the classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and students to support student learning and growth.

• Current teaching license and/or degree in elementary education
• Must meet all requirements established by the Archdiocese of Detroit for employment
• Must have a record of fingerprints on file or be fingerprinted
• Must have completed or be willing to complete Protecting God's Children training
• Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere with teachers, parents, and students
• Ability to maintain a safe and disciplined learning environment
