Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

School-Year/Full-Time.

• Student enrollment (new and existing)
• School of Choice students
• Review immunization records (MCIR) - Disease Reporting
• Help with school events (such as registration days)
• Conference room scheduling
• Medical (admin meds, injured students)
• Edit student information in Infinite Campus and add necessary flags (households, phone numbers, addresses, medical, legal, etc.)
• Manage student records (CA-60s)
• Chromebook payments
• Monitor daily attendance
• Administer medication when nurse is not in the building
• Assist with medical needs as needed when nurse is not in the building
• Fill in the main office as needed

• Positively interact with students and parents on a daily basis
• Experience working with diverse student and family populations preferred.
• Collaborate in an office team environment, performing other duties as required.
