Support Staff
Harbor Lights Middle School, Harbor Lights Middle School.
Reports To:
Principal.
Beginning August 2026.
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
School-Year/Full-Time.
Job Responsibilities- Student enrollment (new and existing)
- School of Choice students
- Review immunization records (MCIR) - Disease Reporting
- Help with school events (such as registration days)
- Conference room scheduling
- Medical (admin meds, injured students)
- Edit student information in Infinite Campus and add necessary flags (households, phone numbers, addresses, medical, legal, etc.)
- Manage student records (CA-60s)
- Chromebook payments
- Monitor daily attendance
- Administer medication when nurse is not in the building
- Assist with medical needs as needed when nurse is not in the building
- Fill in the main office as needed
- Positively interact with students and parents on a daily basis
- Experience working with diverse student and family populations preferred.
- Collaborate in an office team environment, performing other duties as required.

:
Making substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. - The worker is subject to environmental conditions.
- The worker should provide consistent and reliable in-person attendance.
