Assistant Toddler Teacher

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers is actively seeking an Assistant Toddler Teacher for our Lake Orion campus. If you have a passion to work with children from 1-3 years of age and help them become the best versions of themselves, please consider this position.

As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will work in collaboration with and in support of the Lead Toddler Teacher. You will create a safe, nurturing and interactive environment that fosters age-appropriate learning utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

• Status:
  Regular, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  -Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm
• Pay range $14.50-$19.50/hour (depending on certification or degree and years of experience in early childhood education)
• Location:
  
  Onsite, Lake Orion, Michigan
• NOTE:
  
  This position does NOT qualify for US VISA sponsorship or relocation

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a Background screen including fingerprinting
• Prior experience with Toddlers in a classroom setting or as a private nanny
• Have reliable transportation
• Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
